For more than 25 years, leadership and management expertise in a global branded company with a focus on controlling, finance and human resources, most recently as HR Director DACH & Nordics with up to 400 employees. Design of organizational structures and processes, mergers & acquisitions, change management, compensation models, social plans, outsourcing, coaching of executives, mission & vision, CI - all this requires the highest empathy as well as creative 'lateral thinking'.
