After high school graduation and military service, one year of orientation studies in mechanical engineering with internships at BMW. Subsequent training as a bank clerk and development via the stations of credit advisor, corporate customer advisor and head of corporate customers to assistant to the board of directors with management of controlling, organization, IT, marketing & sales and technical service as well as appointment as authorized signatory. Further education with graduation as Dipl. Bankbetriebswirt ADG. Appointment as Member of the Board of Management for the Market of VR-Bank Fürstenfeldbruck eG with comprehensive sales responsibility for corporate customer, property development and branch business including cross-selling as well as personal consulting and support for top business customers from a wide range of industries. Also responsible for organization, IT, real estate and public relations. After 11 years on the Board of Management, change to self-employment as personnel and management consultant and interim manager.
