After graduating from high school and studying economics (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich), sales trainee and sales representative Southern Germany at Deutsche Veedol GmbH. Subsequently at Deutsche Castrol Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH KAM and later Head of Castrol Key Account Management BMW with first personnel responsibility and 8-digit budget responsibility. Change to BP Lubes Marketing GmbH as Head of Sales Aral South Germany and Area Manager South-West Germany with focus on market development. Since 2008 (foundation 2010) at BP Europe Area Manager and Sales Manager Direct Business / OEM FWS as well as Sales Manager Automotive Switzerland & Germany and Director Sales Castrol FWS Switzerland with now 9-digit budget responsibility and corresponding management responsibility. Responsible for hiring and separation processes in line with corporate culture. In the course of time, various responsibilities and further training in the areas of management, sales, marketing, finance, IT (SAP), change, project and process management as well as HR.
