Solidly educated in theory and practice (apprenticeship at Heimbs & Sohn in Braunschweig and Dipl. Betriebswirt at GH Kassel) with in-depth knowledge and experience in sociology of occupation and education (Dipl.-.Sozialwiss., University of Oldenburg) and business education (First State Examination, State of Lower Saxony). Active for more than 25 years as lecturer, trainer, education manager, consultant and coach. For several years he headed the business department of a private training institute (Bielefeld) and subsequently built up and managed a training institute for a retail group (Coop) as the sole responsible managing director (near Frankfurt). From 1990 worked for market-leading international consulting company (Kienbaum) as consultant and division manager (Berlin). Since 2000, in addition to recruiting specialists and executives, he has increasingly focused on Kienbaum's Newplacement division. Broad project and industry experience with special focus on the areas of general management as well as marketing and sales.
