The process - How we succeed together

You contact us and a performance and requirements profile is drawn up in a joint discussion.
We define with you the foreseeable framework conditions (goals, duration, costs, perspectives, etc.) of the assignment.
If you are convinced of our offer and performance, we immediately search for suitable candidates with our modular recruiting, identify potential candidates in our network and conduct initial exploratory talks (availability, matching). This usually enables us to propose several suitable interim managers for the vacant position in the shortest possible time, if the profiles you are looking for are available on the market. We will present the suitable target persons to you first anonymously in written form and then personally.
You decide who will become your interim manager! Once all conditions are clearly defined and you have decided on an interim manager, you will conclude a service contract with the interim manager in which the details are regulated. We are happy to assist you in drawing up the service contract and will be available to you and the interim manager, if necessary also via their NewPlacement coach, throughout the entire assignment as a discussion partner and, if necessary, mediator.
As far as the costs are concerned, we have committed ourselves to fee reasonableness and fairness. The interim manager receives around 0.625% of the annual gross (all-in) of a comparable permanent executive per day plus VAT. The concrete determination of the monthly fee is made between the company and the interim manager. However, this covers all costs of the independent interim manager. Compared to a permanent employee, there are no costs for social security contributions, vacation, sick leave, further training and separation costs, etc.
For our services, the company pays a recruiting and support fee of at least 10% of the interim fee plus VAT, depending on the modular scope.
