What we expect:
- You already have experience as an interim manager or in bridging management vacancies in the first / second management level (e.g. board of directors, managing director, sales manager, etc.) or you are a "high professional" for special tasks (restructuring, reorganization, succession planning, company closure or sale, development of new companies or business areas).
- You know how important it is for your success to deal competently with people and you convince with your communicative soft skills.
- You have the ability of a strong self-motivation. You know that an interim manager lacks the social integration of a permanent position.
- And you know that an interim manager does not have a normal end of the day (family, hobby).
