Contract Policy

The main laws relevant to the employment contract are governed by §§ 611 - 630 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
 
Other applicable laws are the Commercial Code (HGB)
§ 59 ff. for commercial assistants and commercial apprentices as well as
§ 84 ff. for commercial agents and the Industrial Code (GewO),
which regulates the position of commercial employees.
 
Of course, the recruitment process must also be legally secure with regard to the Discrimination Act. Appropriate protocols are necessary.
