Classic headhunting is often lumped together with pure recruitment. We conduct recruiting or headhunting in the classic style: Together with you, PersonalAG determines the personnel requirements and candidate profiles in the relevant set. Through direct search in the market - preferably by "independent" NewPlacement coaches - and our "wayfinding" tool, we also identify hard-to-find target persons who are unknown to outsiders or difficult to contact.
PersonalAG asks appropriate target persons about change motivations and their general conditions (e.g. concern about probationary period) in order to sound out change motivations. In consultation with you, PersonalAG prepares the resulting offer to the target persons with the promising general conditions. This offer is made to selected candidates by PersonalAG or by "independent" NewPlacement coaches. In case of interest, the matching process will start after consultation with you. You can determine individually (see Modular Recruiting) which part PersonalAG should take over.
The costs are divided into a basic fee, due after your order to us, success fee, due after you have signed a contract with the target person, and guarantee fee (module G), due after successful cooperation after 6 months or the probationary period. During this period the candidate is coached (module G). C-levels, executives and specialists recruited by PersonalAG are permanently excluded from being actively approached again, as we do not manage a pool, but recruit individually for each project.
